Your Next Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Territory Representative to join our Tauranga team full-time.

You’ll be servicing the Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Waikato, and Whanganui regions by building business relationshipsselling solutions to businesses, creating quotes, assisting with assessments and installations, and contributing to the overall success of the Australasian team. As you will be servicing this wide region, travel will be required to visit all of these sites. You can expect to be travelling up to 25% of your work time.

Reporting to the New Zealand Flooring Managewho is based in Auckland, you will be identifying opportunities within businesses for the use of Flowcrete products. As our newest Sales Territory Representative, you will work closely alongside the other sales representatives and collaborate with them and your manager on a daily basis.

Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities may include:

  • Pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conducting sales presentations to clients, including travelling to them for this
  • Liaising with other departments within the business (e.g. flooring installers and manufacturers)
  • Assisting installers and being a clients point of contact throughout the entire process
  • Creating quotes for customers, including measuring to provide accurate pricing
  • Maintaining customer files and databases
  • Achieving budgeted sales targets

What You'll Bring to the Team

You will draw on your previous knowledge of flooring installation to ensure accurate and knowledgeable quotes and advice are provided to clients. 

As our Territory Sales Representative, you will be working closely with many different internal stakeholders, and need to prioritise your workload and communicate this effectively in your collaborations.

You will preferably have some sales experience, though your willingness to learn and get-up-and-go attitude is what matters most to us.
